In what condition should the item be returned?
Items must be returned unworn, unused and with the original tags attached.

Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Are items insured during shipping?
Yes, all packages are insured during shipping.

We ship with PostNL, DHL, UPS and FedEx.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays.
Returns
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Returns are at your own risk and expense.
Can I return my order if it does not meet my expectations?

Authenticity
Can you authenticate items for customers?
No, we do not offer authentication as a separate service.
Do you authenticate vintage items without serial numbers?
Yes. Vintage items may not always have a serial number. Please visit our authentication page for more information.
What happens if an item is proven not to be authentic?
If an item is ever proven not to be authentic, you will receive a full refund.
Do I receive proof of authenticity with my purchase?
Yes, every item comes with an authenticity label.
Payment
Are there any additional fees for certain payment methods?
Additional fees may apply when paying by credit card.
Can I pay in cash when collecting an item?
No, we do not accept cash payments.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, bank transfer and credit card.

How is the price of my item determined?
The price is based on the item’s brand, model, condition and current market value.
Do you offer direct purchase or consignment?
Yes, we offer both direct purchase and consignment options.
Does my item need to be in perfect condition?"
No, normal signs of use are expected, especially with pre-owned and vintage items.
Which brands do you accept?
We accept brands such as Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Saint Laurent, Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Loewe, Prada and Bottega Veneta.
Receiving an Offer
Can the offer change after inspection?
Yes, if the item does not match the pictures or description, the offer may be adjusted after inspection.
Is the offer binding?
The offer is valid for 7 days.
What information do you need to provide an offer?
We need clear pictures, information about the condition and, if available, original documents or accessories.
How long does it take to receive an offer?
You will receive an offer within 48 hours
Appointments
Is it possible to schedule outside regular hours?
Appointments are available between 10:00 and 17:00.
Can I bring multiple items to an appointment?
Yes, you can bring multiple items to your appointment.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by sending us a message on WhatsApp.

Can I reserve an item from abroad?
Yes, you can reserve an item from abroad. We ask for a 10% down payment to reserve an item.
